Making a 1x1x1:
How to Make a 1x1x1. v1.0:
by: Caleb Lau
Introduction:
Let me just start off with the fact that I only made this "puzzle" (aka piece of plastic) because I was bored and had an extra 3x3x3 corner lying around. Enjoy.
All we need for this build is a 3x3x3 corner piece and some quick setting epoxy glue. Some plastic paint and masking tape will be needed as well.
Now that we've established that, let's begin! (Captions are below the pictures.)
Note: This is my interpretation on how to make this "puzzle" (aka piece of plastic). There are probably better ways to make a 1x1x1, here's mine. I am not liable for any damage you do to you or your puzzle.
Take the corner piece and cut off the "foot." Then take some masking tape and use it to make a mold to pour some quick setting epoxy glue into.
Once the glue has cured, peel off the masking tape and sand the piece to round the corners.
The stickered "puzzle."
In my hand.
This is an extrememly easy puzzle to solve; this is probably because you can not scramble it. So have fun entertaining you non-cubing friends with this one. Finally (although I have no idea why anyone would have questions), if you have any questions, feel free to ask. Happy Cubing!
