The Monday contest is the weekly contest held at GottaCube.com. There are 3 open events to compete in at the time (3x3x3 Speed, 3x3x3 One-Handed, and 3x3x3 BLD). Feel free to participate in any or all of them. I will provide 5 scrambles for each event every week and they must be submitted on or before the given Monday to guarantee inclusion. If you submit the form on Monday, you may or may not be included in the results, depending on when I update the page. Therefore, it is reccomended that times be submitted by the Sunday before at no later than 11:59 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). All times must be submitted in seconds and milliseconds. This will remove some confusion in the scoring. If you do not have access to a timer with milliseconds, I highly recommend checking out JNet Cube.
Rules:
1. I do not accept "POP" solves.
2. So if you POP, you can choose to continue or take the DNF.
3. For the 3x3x3 Speed and 3x3x3 One-Handed events, a maximum of two DNFs will be awarded to any individual. Any more, and you will be disqualified.
4. For the 3x3x3 Blindfolded event, a maximum of 4 DNFs will be awarded. Any more, and you will be disqualified.
5. All other applicable rules and regulations of the World Cube Association should apply. (e.g. 15 seconds inspection, etc...)
6. Be sure to input all times in SECONDS. Do not input them in min:sec.msec. (i.e. 1:29.56 should be inputed as 89.56)
These competitions are run under the "honor system." Please respect yourself and others by submitting valid and accurate times.
In the event that I need to confirm the results that you sent in, I will contact you via email, so it is imperative that the email address you submit to me is a valid address. If I cannot confirm certain times, I will deem them DNFs. I will not use your email information for anything else.
Results will be released every week (before Tuesday of that week) unless otherwise noted. At this point in time, I do not have any prizes to offer, sorry.
